I would be so bold as to say this is magnificent. (Though beware - you can possibly only watch it TOMORROW.)

Comically, even though we're not to leave the house, I'm still not getting through all the things I'm ought to be reviewing.

I haven't got to this yet but it was wondrous when I saw it in the Fringe some (mumble mumble) years ago.  Available until the 25 May. Enjoy.

As with lots of this theatre viewed online, I spent the first eight to ten minutes bursting with irritation that I wasn't just there and then I forgot I was watching theatre on a small screen and started following the story with interest. And great amusement in the case of Family Album

Antony and Cleo last night from the National Theatre was a lovely nostalgia trip. I found myself madly quoting lines from it on Twitter. As Scotland's Stay Home plea is extended for another three weeks, the line that stays with me is Antony's plea for "one other gaudy night".

Girls Like That, written a few years before but performed fairly recently by Synergy Theatre Project, was very satisfying.

NT's Frankenstein on the other hand was a bit showy for my liking. All drama and not much actual heart. In my very humble opinion. But both versions are on YouTube for another few days if you'd to judge for yourself.
