I know I promised. But just one or possibly two more posts and then I'll drop it.
The PRS Society have taken a prize total of a little under £18 for the use of music within our petite show de festivale (yes, yes, yes, I know that's not true French).
They have taken a little over £100 to cover their administrative expenses.
So the rest, all of the rest, is ours.
Mwahahahahah.

Does this imply that the PRS will spend £100 to enable them to distribute £18 to the artists who created the songs? Surely not!
In any case I thought that the Grads paid an annual licence fee to the PRS to cover the use of music in all their productions throughout the year. Is this not so?
